The true spirit of Islamic teachings is that business should continue in a natural way, the balance between supply and demand should not be disturbed. This is because trade planning is done in the same way. But if there is a situation where the production of a commodity is less than the need of the society or the supply is less than the demand nationally and internationally, then there is no investment. The owner or trader buys the goods from the market and stores them or the goods are already in his warehouses but he withholds them despite the dire need and does not sell them in the market so that the demand increases and people are forced to meet basic needs. It is monopoly and hoarding to be forced to buy goods at very high prices against the natural law of business. This is done by those who are hard-hearted, hard-hearted, and exploitative and fill their coffers by taking unfair advantage of people's compulsions. It is based on the fact that Islam seeks economic development as well as moral, religious and spiritual instruction, without which it is not possible to establish a welfare state. Therefore, the acquisition of wealth in Islam It is not permissible to be unruly and to distinguish between halal and haraam. In order to keep the economy clean and free from monopolies, hoarding is prohibited in Islamic teachings. It is the responsibility of an Islamic government to intervene and stop this process. The need is to help the needy in such difficult situations by following Islamic teachings and not the necessities of life. During the era of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the land has been distributed as Iqta for the purpose of rehabilitation and to win the hearts of the various tribes of that times. The very first implementation was executed when a Jewish tribe was exiled, and its land was distributed to the immigrants and some poorindividuals. In addition, the conquered land was also distributed to the deserving ones. The first caliph, Hazrat Abu Bakar also followed the same trend as adopted by the prophet. In contrast, the second caliph Hazrat Omer discouraged the idea of feudalism and the sale and purchase of the land were banned. He believed that the captured and other such lands should be the property of the state rather than individuals. In the times of the third caliph, Hazrat Usman eased the policy due to certain reasons and paved the way for feudalism. This led to the emergence and establishment of the feudal system all over the Islamic States. The likely reason was the conquerors were influenced by the traditions and civilizations. Later, the Islamic State expanded to Egypt, Syria, Iran and Rome where the Kingdom Rule was in-placedwith the built-in feudalism.
2021-08-06T08:52:55+00:00 Mohammad Saqib editor@tahdhibalafkar.com Dr. Rab Nawaz editor@tahdhibalafkar.com Dr. Mumtaz Khan editor@tahdhibalafkar.com
Cloning is the process of copying from one living thing to another. They have a prominent share in bringing out the facts of faith from their effective method of diagnosing persuasion and facts and differentiation at the time of disagreement and suspicion. Learning of the Qur’anic Proverbs is very important; the great scholar who is diligent must have learned them. So the proverbs mentioned in the Qur’an have a great fortune. The number of proverbs mentioned in the Qur’an with the Representation words is forty-two and the proverbs that were mentioned without the words of Representation, they are so many. So we must turn to the method of representation in the Noble Qur’an in order to notice the signs of God in his Holy Qur’an and its miracles. Al-Imam Al-Shafi’i approached that the mujtahid must know the science of proverbs because they are among the most important sciences of the Qur’an. In this Research Paper I present the meanings of the “Proverb” (Representation), its linguistic definition, its derivation, as well as some of the evidence from them, and then I show the occurrence of this type from the Holy Qur’an and its use among the Arabs before Islam, as well as mention some Evidence for them. The proverbs that came in the Noble Qur’an have many kinds, some of them are long and some are short, and some are apparent and authorized, and some are latent in which there is no word of the proverb, so I explain all its kinds. Various purposes and wisdom of the Proverbs (Representation) in the Holy Qur’an are also enlightened in this Paper.
The presence of women in Quranic discourse is a distinct presence. First, it is quite primitive from the perspective of modern development in legal rules in other states. Secondly, since the primary source of law of evidence in Pakistan is Qanun-e-Shahadat Order 1984, which is based on Evidence Act 1872 (A British Empire’s legislation in Indo Pak subcontinent). So, law of evidence in Pakistan does not carry basic principles of Sharīʻah regarding testimony and evidence. Unlike schools and colleges, they give prime importance to Arabic language that is symbolic of the grandeur of Islam. English language in a majority of these institutions is given less or no value. Further, it is also not mandatory language for graduation in madrassas. However, English dominates the job market and cannot be ignored in the country. Thus, madrassa students are faced with learning Arabic, Urdu, Persian and English besides local languages for professional prosperity. The present study is a qualitative attempt to investigate language attitudes to measure the usefulness of these languages in the linguistic market of the county. The findings are based on 42 in-depth interviews of madrassa students and teachers selected through purposive sampling conducted in 6 madrassas situated in province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The study reveals that the languages are perceived useful in different contexts. Arabic is considered important for religious duties, Urdu for nationalism and English for access to good jobs and use of modern technology. The study concludes that madrassa community is well aware of the importance of languages in contemporary scenario and the earlier views that religious community downplay the importance of English have become less relevant.
2021-08-06T08:52:21+00:00 Copyright (c) 2021 Tahdhib-al-Afkar
