The Importance of Province Baluchistan in the Evaluation of Fiqh Ḥanafi: An Analytical Study

Abstract

Like the Qur'an, the jurisprudence is regarded as the source of Islamic Shariah and the factors which have been acting in the apparent cause of the protection of the Qur'an and the manner in which they are operating are protected by the same reasons.. Different Jurisprudential schools of thought came into being, but only four schools of thoughts were generally accepted and the others disappeared with the passage of time.

In these four jurisprudential schools of thought, the Hanafi is a prominent figure, and has been distinguished from the rest of them by the majority of its followers, from Imam Abu Hanifa to the contemporary. There are basically two important factors in protecting the jurisprudence of the Hanafi, one is the scholar and the other jurisprudential literature in the Hanafi jurisprudence. Due to these two reasons, the Hanafi jurisprudence has been safe for 13 centuries. Pakistan is one of the leading countries of the Hanafi jurisprudence in modern times, Sindh is generally regarded as a scholarly leader in Pakistan, and Karachi in particular, but Balochistan province also has a very profound and prominent influence.
