The Monitoring System of Islam and its Impact on the Moderen Era
Abstract
This is the specialty of Islam to protect the system of justice, peace and honor of people and make the society free from all kinds of evils. A country, where the Islamic system along with its approved recommended principles is promulgated, restlessness, disturbance, disorder and all kinds of brutalities would be eradicated there automatically, because Islam is the religion of world peace and harmony comprising standardized and comprehensive instructions for each branch of life.Islam has not compelled the state to run its state Governance by establishing a few institutions but specified the objectives of the states that had authorized the rulers to establish such institutes according to the prevailing conditions and needs which may run the state system in the light of the Shari principles.For achieving the mentioned goals and objectives, the Monitoring system of Islam came into existence which has the authority to regulate the state system according to the instructions of Shariah and make the national institution strong and effective so that the institutions are directed to the correct direction and the problems of the public are solved easily.The individual and collective life of the public should be in line with the principles of Sharia`h so that a peaceful and comfortable society is established.Being an institute of general nature, all official institutions are related to monitoring system. Neither an individual nor any institution is out of the impact of the monitoring institute wherever, good deeds and well-being are being ignored there monitoring will lead to promote good deeds and wherever there is the fear of the spreading of bad deeds there monitoring will be engaged in its eradication. The paper also recommendsthat the monitoring system implementation in modern era will help in improving the quality of such Services in line with the teaching of Islam.
